Workshop 2 of 4 in the Self-Management Series
All workshops are stand-alone, meaning a parent may choose to one or all workshops in a particular series; however, we encourage parents to attend all workshops in the series for maximum benefit. Workshops are applicable to parents of students of all ages and are available to any parent or caregiver in the district free of charge.

Workshop Description:
Many students struggle with feeilngs of sadness, depression or anxiety from time to time. Often these feelings will come and go. In this workshop, parents will:
- Learn about the typical behaviors associated depression and anxiety
- Develop a supportive approach to responding to these behaviors
- Learn about additional resources available in the community to support students and families

*Please note that childcare is not available for this training. Infants and young children are welcome to join us in the training room. Thank you for understanding!*
